Men's Ministry

As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.

                                                                                                  Proverbs 27:17

The Life Spring Men's Ministry gives men opportunities to get together with our brothers in Christ for fellowship, service, Bible study and to strengthen our walk with Jesus. We believe Godly male leadership is essential to the proper operation of the home, the church and society in general.

The 2017 Men's Retreat: "Take Me to Your Leader" is Friday, October 27th and Saturday, October 28th.

The retreat is at the Heartland Center in Parkville, MO (16965 MO-45 in Parkville). You can arrive at the center anytime after 5 p.m. on Friday. Dinner will be served and Session One will be on Friday night. The cost is $40 and this covers your lodging, dinner Friday night and breakfast and lunch on Saturday.  Please bring all your bedding, linens, towels and soap. The retreat will end mid afternoon on Saturday. Go to our events page to register and to pay.

Ironmen Bible Studies

Ironmen Bible studies are small groups of guys (generally 4-6 men) who meet together to study God's Word, pray and to invest in each other's lives.

If you would like more information on how to become involved in an Ironmen Group. please contact the church office.

Baconship

What happens when you combine men eating breakfast with good fellowship? We call it BACONSHIP.

Each Saturday morning, guys from Life Spring meet at the Price Chopper Deli on 223rd Street. There's no agenda--just good food, good fellowship and a chance to catch up with your brothers in Christ. You don't have to register, and the only cost is for the breakfast you choose.

Handymen Ministry

If you are a guy who likes tools and helping others, please consider becoming a part of our Handymen Ministry.

This ministry is designed to help those in our church who have handymen needs around the house but who may not be able to afford to pay the entire costs of repairs. They pay what they can for materials, and the labor is provided as a service of the Handymen Ministry.
